Hospice Endowment & Project Fund

The First Care Medical Services Foundation - Hospice Endowment and Project Fund supports the First Care Medical Services Hospice Program. Across the United State's the cost to provide Hospice Care is 10-20% greater than the reimbursement rate from Medicare. Hospice programs rely on the generosity of their communities to provide care. First Care Medical Services operates as a component fund of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) charitable non-profit. Your donation is tax deductible.
